The Berlvis portfolio.
Berlvis builds record systems for parts of everyday life that are still governed by memory. Each product solves one specific obstacle and stands on its own, on its own domain, with its own users. Together they follow a single rule: the record is captured once, at the moment it happens, and it belongs to the person it describes.
The through line
Why these products belong to one company.
Bookkeeping, tenancy, document utilities and credential issuing look unrelated. They are the same failure in four settings: the thing that happened was never written down in a form anyone can check afterwards. A sale remembered but not recorded. Rent paid but not receipted. A document that cannot be prepared without handing it to a stranger. A card printed from a name typed twice.
Berlvis treats that as an infrastructure problem rather than a discipline problem. People are not careless. The tools available to them assumed conditions that do not hold: a stable connection, a bookkeeper, a printer, a filing cabinet, trust in an intermediary. Each Berlvis product removes one of those assumptions and leaves the record behind.
Products are added when a problem meets three tests: it recurs daily, it is currently survived rather than solved, and the record it produces is worth keeping for years. Nothing is added because it is adjacent to something we already built.

- Does not verify title or ownership, certify a right to let, or replace a tenancy agreement or legal advice.

- Ordinary life blocked by a small document task, and the only fix is uploading a private file to a stranger.
- Who it is for
- Students, applicants, small businesses, professionals and anyone blocked by a small document or calculation task.
- Current focus
- Covering the document and calculation tasks that block applications, admissions and everyday business work while keeping each tool fast and understandable.
- What it does not do
- Does not store, host or process files on a server, and does not keep an account or history for anyone.

Bulk ID cards and certificates from one structured record.

- Schools, employers, training providers, associations and event teams that issue repeated cards, badges or certificates.
- Current focus
- Making bulk issuance predictable and reviewable before expanding into independent verification.
- What it does not do
- Does not award a qualification. It reproduces a record an institution already holds, in a printable form.
Working together
Separate products, one standard.
A business keeping records in Berlvis Books renting a shop tracked in Berlvis Spaces will eventually need to compress a statement or convert a scan, which is what Berlvis Tools exists for. A training provider using Berlvis Credentials is issuing a portable version of a record it already holds.
There is no forced integration and no account that spans the portfolio. What is shared is the standard: capture at the source, append rather than overwrite, export without conditions, and state plainly what the product does not verify.
